(Jimmy Tang) a simple spec file for building RPM packages (for scientificlinux 5.x, should work on any rhel5 clone).

xml-coreutils-0.8b/xml-coreutils-0.8b-20101109.patch

(Laird Breyer, reported by Edwin Watkeys) bugfix for improperly encoded entities in attributes.
